What it feels like. Fibromyalgia.

Sorry haven't posted for a while, I haven't been well recently. I have a condition called fibromyalgia, I have decided to share with you all today how it feels to live with this on a day to day basis. Some days are good and others days are bad, some days are so bad I feel like I can't even get out of bed, but I don't let it beat me. There are many different symptoms of this condition, the widespread pain is the biggest one, the pain that you get when you have the flu, aching pain that just take you over, that's what it feels like, and it could happen anytime and in any part of your body. The constant pain also makes it extremely hard to get a good nights sleep, I hate going asleep at night just because I simply know that I won't, even if I did get a good 8 or 9 hours of sleep I still would be so tired waking up the next morning, and to top it off, the morning stiffness is excruciating, it would take me 15 or 20 minutes just to get out of bed. I would also get a lot of headaches and migraines wich would leave me bed bound for a couple of hours. Stomach problems are also an issue with me IBS is also I symptom and it can strike me at certain times, which is not nice if you are out trying to have a good time and suddenly you are crippled with stomach cramps. Sometimes all the different things can get a bit too much for me, I do get depressed about it a lot, thinking why does it have to happen to me, why do I have to have so much pain all the time. I know that there are some people who think that I am just milking it and it couldn't be as bad as I say, and that I'll be grand if I get some excersise and a good nights sleep, I wish it was that easy, exercises is painful and completely draining, sometimes it's impossible to do it, other times I would be crippled for days with muscle pain. Some people think that it's not even a real condition, but I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy and I hope those people never realise how I am not even telling them the half of it, I am fortunate enough to have people who look after me aswel, my boyfriend is amazing, he never judges me and puts up with all the tears and fibroflares, he does his best for me which is all I can ask of him. Although I do have bad days and I might get depressed about it all I am extremely grateful that I am well enough most of the time to go out and enjoy my life and not be held back, I treasure every good minute I have because I know that I could be struck with pain at any time and that I might not be able or want to do anything but lie down. I do hope that in the future people become more educated on this condition, as I do think that understanding it is half the battle, then you can help the people who need it. Off to bed now with my heat pad and a good book. Night night thanks for reading.

May favourites!!!

Hello all hope you've all had a lovely bank holiday weekend, today I have decided to share my may favourites with you all. My first favourite is the soap and glory brow archery pencil/ felt liner, in blonde is love, this is a brow tint and precision shaping pencil. There is a waxy crayon one end and and felt liner on one side, I personally love the crayon side it really makes my eyebrows much fuller and more precise, but still looks very natural at the same time.

The second beauty favourite of this month is the maybelline dream flawless nude foundation, I wear the shade ivory. This foundation, to me, is just the perfect summer foundation, its very light on your skin, in the summer you don't want a very heavy foundation because in the heat you will look sweaty, it will tend to move around your face a lot, This has quite a light coverage but is build able, it is dewy also so it gives you a nice glow, my favourite thing about it is that is makes my skin look flawless and airbrushed.

Another favourite this month is my tangle teezer, I have been meaning to buy this for so long now, and now that I finally have I am in love with it, it just makes hair brushing so quick and painless, I wouldn't know what to do without it now. I got mine in pink and purple.
10.50e- Sam McCauley Chemist
A nail favourite for me would have to be the sally hansen insta-dri top coat. I have no patience and hate waiting for my nail polish to dry, so I purchased this and it is amazing. Although it doesn't instantly dry them it does dry them quicker and it gives my nails a salon finish shine, I have had people asking me if I have had my nails done just because they have been so shiny.
9.99e- Tesco

My last favourite of may is a pair of runners, they are my nike roshe run that i got in lifestyle sports. These are honestly the most comfortable pair of shoes i have worn, they are so lightweight on my feet and have a lovely cushioned sole. I got mine in the kids section because I only have little feet, therefore mine were cheaper than if I was to go to the women s section. the runners i got were very vibrant and lots of different colours running through then. they are amazing and I love them.

These are all my may favourite, let me know if yu have enjoyed this blog.

Rimmel kate moss lipsticks..AMAZING!!! :)

Hi all, I have been loving the rimmel Kate moss lipsticks lately so I decided to dedicate my first proper blog post to them. Kate moss released a range of lipsticks with rimmel and i just LOVE them. For only 6.99 they are so good, the quality of a high end lipstick and an affordable price, they also have a good range of colour, ranging from bright reds and purple to cool nudes and neutrals. They are super pigmented, and soo long lasting, I especially love the shade 107 which is a deep red colour, I just think that the colour really compliments my skin tone as I have a very pale complexion.

Wearing my favourite shade 107
Another shade that I adore from this range is number 28 which is a beautiful pink shade, this would be more of an everyday colour oppose to the 107 shade.
Wearing the shade number 28.
The only thing that I don't like about this range is that the lipsticks don't have names just numbers which is super annoying, but at 6,99 I think I can make my piece with that. They also smell AMAZING!!
Hope you enjoyed :)
